POS Sale
POS Sale is for normal counter sales. It was added so a store can serve a customer quickly, record payment, update stock, and print a receipt from one screen.
How it works
- Open Sales, then POS.
- Search or select a product. If the product does not exist, use Quick Product Add.
- Select or quickly add the customer if needed.
- Apply discount, VAT, shipping, or rounding only when needed.
- Choose payment method, complete sale, then print or download invoice.
How it is useful
It saves time at the counter, keeps sales history clean, tracks paid and due amounts, and gives the customer a receipt immediately.
Quick Product Add
Quick Product Add was made for live stores that cannot stop selling just because an item is missing from the product list.
How it works
- From POS Sale, click Quick Product Add.
- Enter product or service name, sale price, optional purchase price, quantity, and product image.
- Save it and select it in the same sale.
How it is useful
A newly signed-up store can sell immediately. You can build your product list while serving customers instead of doing a long setup first.
Lump Sum Daily Sale
Lump Sum Daily Sale is for stores that do not want to create a product invoice for every single customer, but still want proper income tracking.
How it works
- Open Quick Finance from POS or use the app daily sale option.
- Choose income and mark it as Lump Sum Daily Sale.
- Enter the total sales amount for the day or shift.
- Select payment method, date, category, and save.
How it is useful
Even without customer-by-customer invoices, your monthly income, expenses, purchases, and daybook totals remain trackable.
Quick Expense, Income, Purchases, and Images
Receipt image upload was added so bills and proof documents stay connected with the transaction instead of getting lost in a drawer or phone gallery.
How it works
- Add expense, income, or purchase entry.
- Select category, amount, payment method, and date.
- Upload receipt, bill, or invoice images where available.
- Save the entry so it appears in reports and daybook.
How it is useful
You can track rent, stock purchases, repairs, delivery costs, utilities, and other shop spending with proof attached.
Image support includes receipt/bill images for expenses and income, lump-sum purchase images in the API, and repair collection images.
Daybook and Cash Flow
Daybook brings sales, lump sum income, expenses, purchases, payments, and repair movements into one daily view.
How it works
- Open Daybook or Daybook Report.
- View summary for the selected date.
- Open detail to see the movement behind the totals.
How it is useful
A store owner can understand today, this month, or a selected period without opening every sale, expense, and purchase separately.
Products, Stock, Labels, and Setup
Product tools help stores that want more control over inventory, expiry, labels, models, brands, categories, racks, and shelves.
How it works
- Add categories, brands, units, models, and variations as needed.
- Add products with purchase price, sale price, stock, VAT, expiry, image, rack, and shelf.
- Use bulk upload for many products and print labels/barcodes for counter scanning.
How it is useful
It gives better stock control, low stock visibility, expired product tracking, and faster item selection at checkout.
Laybye
Laybye was added for stores where customers reserve products and pay in parts before collection.
How it works
- Create a laybye and add or quickly create the customer.
- Add products, total amount, deposit, expiry date, and notes.
- Take additional payments later and update the status when completed, cancelled, or overdue.
- Print laybye slip or PDF and email it when needed.
How it is useful
It helps track reserved products, deposits, remaining balances, and customer commitments without manual notebooks.
Repair Booking for Mobile and Device Repair
Repair Booking was built for mobile repair and multipurpose repair shops that need to record customer device details, faults, costs, images, payments, and collection status.
How it works
- Create a repair booking and quickly add the customer if needed.
- Add device brand, model, IMEI or serial, color, password, accessories, and fault/issue.
- Set estimated or final repair cost, own cost, expected collection date, parts used, and notes.
- Add payments, update repair status, upload collection images, and print booking or collection invoice.
How it is useful
It reduces disputes, keeps a clear repair history, lets staff add brands/models/faults quickly, and gives customers a proper slip or invoice.

Thermal Invoicing and Receipts
Thermal invoice support helps shops print compact receipts from 80mm or 3-inch printers instead of full A4 pages.
How it works
- Complete a POS sale, laybye, purchase, due collection, or repair booking flow where print options are available.
- Choose the thermal receipt/slip view when configured.
- Print from the browser using the thermal printer size.
How it is useful
It is faster, cheaper, and better for counter use, especially retail shops and repair counters.
Reports, Branches, Warehouse, and Settings
Reports and settings turn daily entries into business decisions. Bigzpos includes sales, purchase, income, expense, stock, due, VAT, transaction, loss/profit, product history, customer ledger, and supplier ledger reports.
How it works
- Use settings to set currency, invoice options, payment types, VAT, roles, and product settings.
- Use reports to filter business performance by date, product, customer, supplier, or transaction type.
- Use addons like warehouse, multi branch, HRM, custom domain, and thermal printer when your business needs them.
How it is useful
You can run a simple single shop first, then grow into branches, warehouses, staff management, and deeper reporting without changing systems.
